Laurie's Update: Foundation and Site Development in Place!

Exciting news from Laurie about her new home construction project!

Laurie shared an update on the crucial site development and preparation phase, which she describes as a pivotal step in ensuring a smooth building process. She is thrilled to have Mike Brevik on board, a seasoned expert in site preparation. Mike's expertise will be invaluable in transforming the plot into a ready foundation for her dream home.

Laurie is collaborating with Mark from DJ & DJ Contracting on the foundation for her new home. The foundation is the first crucial stage of any house build, followed by the addition of gravel, plumbing, and slabs over the next few weeks. Typically, this process takes about five days to complete. Additionally, there will be a pre-slab inspection to ensure everything is set for the next phases of construction.

Laurie is also collaborating with Jake from Crossroads Contracting on her slab foundation. They are committed to ensuring that Laurie's home will have a perfectly smooth and flat surface finish, providing a solid base for the rest of the construction.

On the other hand, Jen Glyzinski shared her knowledge of pipework. Proper installation and maintenance of piping systems are essential for ensuring long-term functionality and safety.
