Steve and I purchased our beautiful home with 8 acres in Bellingham 22 years ago. It has been a wonderful place to raise our family and create our artsy sanctuary. From the beginning, we envisioned someday short-platting our property to build a few more homes, and that day has finally arrived.
We began this journey in 2010 when we applied for the short plat, which was approved three years later. In 2021, we decided it was time to move forward and applied for a building permit. After another three years, we're excited to share that we are ready to start building!
